Karya Deni Aprianto: "Warga Sleman Menyukai Musik Dangdut"

       Warga sleman sangat menyukai music dangdut. Hal tersebut bisa dilihat pada saat acara music dangdut yang diadakan  pada sebuah acara khitanan masal  di PONPES AL QODIR, Cangkringan, Sleman. Pihak ponpes mengundang polsek cangkringan untuk mengamankan acara hingga selesai.
      Acara music dangdut ini dimeriahkan oleh orkes dangdut Quinza nada. Penyanyinya pun sangat cantik-cantik.Warga bersorak dan bergoyang menikmati alunan lagu.   Warga sangat antusias mengikuthi acara tersebut. Mereka mengikuti dengan gaya joget yang sangat khas, Sehingga menimbulkan atmosfer dangdut tersendiri. Acara berlangsung damai hingga selesai. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa warga sleman sangat menyukai music dangdut.

MTA dan Perebutan Pengaruh Ormas Islam

Perkembangan Majelis Tafsir Al-Quran (MTA) cukup pesat. Hampir di setiap wilayah telah berdiri cabang MTA. Tak ayal kehadiran MTA juga menimbulkan gesekan dengan Organisasi Islam yang terlebih dahulu ada. Sarno dengan penuh hikmat mendengarkan ceramah sang ustad.z Begitupun dengan ratusan jamaah lainnya, mereka cukup khusuk mencermati nasihat-nasihat dalam pengajian itu. Meski Kudus – tempat diselenggarakannya pengajian – cukup jauh dari tempat Sarno berasal, seolah tak membuatnya letih atau kehilangan konsentrasi. Jarak Wonogiri – Kudus nan jauh terbayar sudah dengan ilmu yang ia peroleh.
